When this class is a fit
PAL-E is for people who lead or sponsor teams and/or have authority or influence over organizational design.
It is not a fit when:
- The learner has little influence over organizational design
Often a stronger starting point when

- The current need: Facilitate better conversations and decisions
- Influence over organizational design: Considerable (e.g., I manage the work of several teams)
